Nutella Buttercream

Hello Adventurers!

I have been doing a lot of watching Rosanna Pansino, link here, and I seen how she uses buttercream for a lot of her cakes. I haven’t so far really done anything with buttercream or icing as I have wanted to get a load of ‘basic’ cake recipes down before moving on to how to decorate them. The other thing is that I don’t really like too much buttercream on a cupcake or cake and whenever I have bought a cupcake, it just seems to be smothered in it, so I have decided to make my own recipe and I can then add as little or as much sweetness as I want to them. Gluten Free Tanya Burr Lemon Cookies

Hello Adventurers!

Since the weather has been so nice, I have become obsessed with the tastes and smells of lemon and lime.  I even bought a citrus perfume from Next at the weekend!  I am a huge fan of lemon in my cooking and cannot wait to experiment with lime as well, but to start off, here are my is my recipe for Gluten Free Tanya Burr Lemon Cookies.  Let’s-a-go!

Aero Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Hello Adventurers!

As you guys know, one of my all time FAVOURITE drinks is hot chocolate.  I have tried all different kinds of hot chocolate powders for example, Cadbury, Galaxy and Magic Stars and I thought, why not create my own using my own recipe and the actual chocolates themselves.  So, here is a simple recipe for a single serving of Aero Peppermint Hot Chocolate, lets-a-go!

Gluten Free Spaghetti Korma

Today I am giving you the recipe for Spaghetti Korma. I like this recipe for two reasons, one it is vegetarian and two it is really easy. I am so glad that I was finally able to make this as I always used to have a chicken korma and I haven’t been able to have one since going gluten free! Gluten Free and Yeast Free Pizza Dough

As you saw from last weeks post, link here, I showed you my recipe for Gluten Free Pizza Sauce.  Now here is the recipe for the Gluten Free and Yeast Free Dough.   Now as you may or may not know, I cannot eat gluten, wheat, oat, barley, rye or yeast, which or course means that I cannot even have the Gluten Free versions of pizza, hence the necessity for these creations.  Lets -a-go!
