Gluten Free Mixed Spice American Pancakes

Hello Adventurers!

This is what I like to call a little slice of Christmas before December comes around.  American pancakes are one of my favourite things (other wise I wouldn’t make sooo many of them) and I really happy with these.  When these pancakes are cooking your whole kitchen, or even your house will smell just like Christmas!  Continue reading “Gluten Free Mixed Spice American Pancakes”

Gluten Free Plain Granola

Hello Adventurers!

This is something that I fell in love with a long time ago when I was shopping in the gluten free aisle and wanted to give it a taste try – it was amazing!  Since then I have been obsessed and wanted to make my own for a long time, and pinned a few recipes on it.  Now I have finally given it a go!  This recipe makes around 100g of this Gluten Free Plain Granola, let’s-a-go! Gluten Free Oven Baked Salmon Fishcakes

Hello Adventurers!

Fishcakes are one of my favourite foods, however to master this recipe I had to get a bread recipe down so that I could use the breadcrumbs.  After I had completed that, which I am pleased to say that I have, I could master this recipe.  I also managed to edit the recipe so that I could cook them in the oven as well which I much prefer to frying them.  Let’s-a-go! Gluten Free Chicken and Mushroom Pie

Hello Adventurers!

I love pie recipes and they are something that I should look into more.  I think that they are good all year around, but particularly in the autumn and winter as I find they are very comforting.  I was making some of my gluten free shortcrust pastry for a baking video, and thought that this would be a good use for the pastry. Gluten Free and Yeast Free Pepperoni Pizza

Hello Adventurers!

Pizzas, pizzas, pizzas… I just don’t think that you can really beat them!  I really want to make more pizzas, as not being able to have yeast, I cannot even have shop bought, or takeaway pizzas.  I also want to experiment with different flavourings, styles and toppings, so I think trying this one first is a good start!  This recipe will make three individual sized pizzas. Gluten Free Chicken Korma

Hello Adventurers!

As I have said before, this is my birthday month, and in actual fact, this is my birthday week!  I wanted to continue on from my gluten free korma sauce recipe that went up a couple of weeks ago, so here is my favourite every curry, a chicken korma.  This recipe serves two generously or three slightly smaller portions.

NOTE: I found that the strong spices ‘stuck’ to my clothes so if you are cooking this for a date, or party, be prepared and do not wear your date or party clothes while cooking!

Gluten Free Korma Sauce

Hello Adventurers!

I absoluetly love this recipe and I cannot wait to tell you guys how to make a gluten free chicken korma in a couple of weeks, one of my all time favourite meals, and by far my favourite curry!  However, I wanted to show you how to make just the sauce that you (or I) can make at any time and have it with whatever I like, like my Gluten Free Spaghetti Korma, link here.  This recipe serves two generously or three slightly smaller portions.

NOTE: I found that the strong spices ‘stuck’ to my clothes so if you are cooking this for a date, or party, be prepared and do not wear your date or party clothes while cooking!

Gluten Free Hot Chocolate American Pancakes

Hello Adventurers!

This recipe is great as it combines two of my favourite things: American pancakes and hot chocolate!  This I think recipe is great all year around, but I think that it will truly shine around Christmas time.  This could possibly be my Christmas Day breakfast already planned out!  Lets-a-go!

Gluten Free Nutella Filled French Toast

Hello Adventurers!

As you know from my ‘Quick and Easy Cheese Omelette’ blog post, link here, I took part in Jamie Oliver’s 5 Day Veggie Challenge and he did a recipe which he liked to call, ‘Eggy Bread Sandwich’, which to me, was basically peanut butter and raspberry French toast.  After mastering making my own gluten and yeast free bread, which I will tell you how to make in this recipe, the first thing that I wanted to make with a French toast recipe was Nutella filled French toast… so here I am achieving that goal today.  Let’s-a-go!

Quick and Easy Cheese Omelette

Hello Adventurers!

I recently, okay a little while ago now, tried Jamie Oliver’s 5 Day Veggie challenge which opened up all kinds of new food and just how tasty vegetarian options could be!  Here is a recipe that I tried but never actually succeeded in making until I tried the ‘5 Day Veggie Challenge’.  In Jamie Oliver’s recipe I had to do more with it, but I thought that for today I would keep it nice and simple and then go into the full details of what Jamie’s recipe was in a few weeks!
