Gluten Free Valentine’s Day Stuffed Honey and Mustard Chicken Peppers

Hello Adventurers!

Now, I am not going to lie to you, I was really struggling to work out what would work for a Valentine’s dinner, bearing in mind that I previously blogged a gluten and yeast free pizza recipe that would fill me up for most, if not all, of the rest of the day!  I wanted a simple not-too-filling meal, and I was scrolling through Pinterest, link here for my account, and came across a post, original noted at the bottom of this post under ‘inspiration from’, for a baked honey and mustard chicken!  I loved this the moment I saw it and thought what else could I do with it that wouldn’t be too strenuous on the stomach, and I came up with Stuffed Honey and Mustard Chicken Peppers with Rice and Heart Veggies.  I hope you enjoy it!

Gluten Free and Yeast Free Valentine’s Day Pizza

Hello Adventurers!

How is your Valentine’s Day going, let me know below!  This is a recipe that I have wanted to make for a really long time.  The problem that I have with pizza is that I cannot have the gluten, but I also cannot have yeast, which means that I cannot even have the gluten free alternatives!  I was thinking of what I could do for a “lunch” for Valentine’s Day and decided that this is what I would want, so let’s have at it!

Gluten Free Valentine’s Day American Pancakes

Hello Adventurers!

I think that one of the hardest things about coming up with things for Valentine’s Day is what would everyone like as a breakfast for Valentine’s Day.  The answer, of course is that I just can’t!  So instead I am going to write about what food I would love to be presented with on Valentine’s Day, so let’s get started!

Gluten Free Crepes

Hello Adventurers!

I have been wanting to make this recipe for an incredibly long time and I cannot tell you how happy I am that I cracked it!  I hope you love this as much as I do, and I cannot wait until Shrove Tuesday and I get to eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Continue reading “Gluten Free Crepes”

Gluten Free Turkey Kedgeree

Hello Adventurers!

Yet another Kedgeree, but with turkey!  I think that this is a great meal for Boxing day as it is a great way to use up all that left-over turkey from Christmas day.  This is also a great meal for both people who are living a gluten free life or for the whole family.  Depending on the serving sizes, this can either serve four to six people. Christmas Veggies

Hello Adventurers!

I love this idea, all of the shapes look amazing, and I think that this is a great way to get children who don’t like eating veggies to eat them.  This took me a long time as I was stopping and starting but the end result is so worth it! Continue reading “Christmas Veggies”

Gluten Free Salmon Kedgeree

Hello Adventurers!

This is a meal that I had a couple of weeks ago when my uncles took me out and I loved it!  My grandmother had the same meal, but she personally found that there was no fish in it, also she didn’t like the spicy sauce as she can’t handle that sort of thing, and too much egg.

So, I decided to make my own version with no spice, plenty of fish and egg free.  I also thought that this would be a great meal alternative for someone on Christmas day who needs their meal to be gluten free and yeast free and also someone who doesn’t like Christmas dinner.  Depending on the serving sizes, this can either serve four to six people.
