Gluten Free and Yeast Free Pizza Dough

Gluten Free Valentine’s Day Stuffed Honey and Mustard Chicken Peppers

Hello Adventurers!

Now, I am not going to lie to you, I was really struggling to work out what would work for a Valentine’s dinner, bearing in mind that I previously blogged a gluten and yeast free pizza recipe that would fill me up for most, if not all, of the rest of the day!  I wanted a simple not-too-filling meal, and I was scrolling through Pinterest, link here for my account, and came across a post, original noted at the bottom of this post under ‘inspiration from’, for a baked honey and mustard chicken!  I loved this the moment I saw it and thought what else could I do with it that wouldn’t be too strenuous on the stomach, and I came up with Stuffed Honey and Mustard Chicken Peppers with Rice and Heart Veggies.  I hope you enjoy it!

Gluten Free and Yeast Free Valentine’s Day Pizza

Hello Adventurers!

How is your Valentine’s Day going, let me know below!  This is a recipe that I have wanted to make for a really long time.  The problem that I have with pizza is that I cannot have the gluten, but I also cannot have yeast, which means that I cannot even have the gluten free alternatives!  I was thinking of what I could do for a “lunch” for Valentine’s Day and decided that this is what I would want, so let’s have at it!

Gluten Free Shove Tuesday/Pancake Day
