I really enjoyed making my ‘Strawberries and Cream Milkshake’, link here, and this week I thought I would make something similar. Today I am going to show you how to make a peanut butter and banana smoothie, I have tried to combine the two in this recipe as I found the recipe lovely and creamy, but it also includes two of my five fruit and veggies a day, so it is still healthy … right? This recipe makes around 550ml of this lovely smoothie. Let’s-a-go!
2 Large Bananas, sliced
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
250ml Milk, I used skinny lactofree milk
Measure out and prepare all of your ingredients so that they are completely ready for you to use.
Place banana slices into your blender.
Now add your peanut butter.
Now add your milk.
NOTE: It is important to add these ingredients in this order as I found I found that when I added the peanut butter, banana slices and then the milk it all went all over the place and the peanut butter didn’t mix in very well.
Blend until well combined and smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
