My Style (take it or leave it…) – 05/02/2018

Hello Adventurers!

As I said in my ‘New Year’s Resolution’s’ blog post, link here, I said that I wanted to start writing about my style and what I wear in general.  I like the clothes I wear and the way I look in them, so I thought that I would incorporate this (the same with everything else I like in life) into this blog!  During the week I tend to wear a vest top, an over-top and some PJ bottoms(although these are a sight to behold!), as who is going to know what I wear when I work from home.  It’s at the weekend that my style really shines, as I go to see my Dad and havedinner with my parents and I don’t know if where we go to eat would appreciate PJ bottoms!

This week however was different, the weekend just gone was thirty years since the passing of my Grandad Ron.  This changed the normal schedule and, instead of going to my Dad’s and doing my usual cooking/baking/drink making, and then going out to dinner, we went up to Dad’s, had lunch all together, watched a film, then my Mum and I went out with my Grandmother, my Uncle and my Aunt, cousins and my Goddaugther.

I wanted to wear something nice to mark the occasion, but not too dressy as I didn’t know what everyone else was wearing.  I also wanted to wear something warm as i am always cold.  In the end I settled on a white vest top, white jumper and my black dungarees.  My parents bought me the dungarees for my birthday last year as I had been saying for a while that wanted a pair, but any I’d seen for sale had tears and rips in the style and I didn’t like that as my Dad once said to me ‘why would you spend that much money on something that was torn’?

We went to Spain for our family holiday and my birthday last year, which is where I got my jumper.  There is this one shop that me and my Mum refer to as ‘the white shop’ as, funnily enough, everything they sell is white.

I know I look mad in these pictures but I found that just standing there having my picture taken was too boring, so you can expect one good picture, and about three to five mad ones, hahaha.  I never said I was a model!

Well, that’s it for this week, I hope you enjoyed this post!

Remember be brave, be happy, be kind, be you!

See you next time…
